Importance of the Program:
The new world arrangement has enormous challenges for the companies, not only due to the complexity of its economical implications, but also the stronger demands imposed by the new cultural tendencies in order to always have a better professional and more human concept of work. All this implies a necessary review of processes and strategies to achieve a consensus between the interest of the directors, the ones carrying out the orders and the society in general.
One of the aspects of company management that determines the success of the organization processes is the Human Resources Strategy because through the application of its principles it is possible to administer the different employee-related subsystems of the company.
Such subsystems are important for achieving the purpose of the organization; under this new scope, it is necessary to review the current role of the area, not from the traditional functionalistic approach, but from another one, centered in the whole improvement of the human being inside the organization as a warrantee of the stability and survival of the company in the market.
Objectives:
To train professionals in:
- The understanding human nature in the job situation, under the pressure of the inherent demands of modern work.
- Assertiveness of criteria to manage the Human Resources System and its different processes and, at the same time, conciliating the strategic objectives of the business with the improvement needs of the people working in an organization.
- The adequate knowledge to advice the CEO about the appropriate strategic orientation of a company, regarding its human potential.
Aimed at:
Professional personnel of any area of knowledge with management experience in jobs related to the management of human resources and whose personal interest is to update or structure knowledge in a strategic, humanistic holistic and modern approach.
Graduate Profile:
The graduate in Management of Human Resources will acquire a holistic vision of people in an organization and their management, so that it contributes to the achievement of both the personnel and the organizational objectives. The graduate will also be qualified to:
- Design and administer the subsystems and processes related to the handling of the human factor such as: Income Subsystem, Occupational Development Subsystem, Compensation Subsystem and Control Subsystem.
- Formulate policies, strategies, plans and programs related to human resources management.
- Be a strategic associate of the Company Director.
