Background:
This program started activities in 1994. Aimed at developing expertise in the core theories of Control Systems of the future, to ensure a more flexible, strategic, decentralized and humane organization.
Objectives:
The Organizational Control Program intends for its graduates to:
- Develop the necessary skills for the designing of new control systems that can improve organizational management and rationalize risks.
- Develop the necessary skills to handle change from the old to the new methods of control in the smoothest way possible.
- Generate a change of attitude towards the concept of control, so that the definite path to independent control may be found.
- Design identification tools for measurement and management of risk.
- Design diagnosis and evaluation tools for the existing control systems.
Aimed at:
Members of the Board of Directors, Managers, Auditors, Control Managers, Intern Control Directors, Management Directors, Financial Directors, Security area Directors, Industrial Engineers, Heads of Department interested in control, Control Consultants or Advisers, professionals working in the control area.
