Background of the program:
The program opened in 1990. It aims to form people to become strategic partners of their organizations, and to actively participate in the design and management of those processes needed by the company.
Objectives:
To train professionals capable of:
- Advising Top Management about the Strategic Projection of the Company.
- Developing the appropriate criteria to identify the nature and techniques of management, approached from the conceptual and technological perspective of the Management by Process.
Aimed at:
Graduates of any area who have had experience in managerial positions, in areas related to Engineering, Production, Quality Control and Productivity; who wish to update or structure knowledge with a holistic, practical, and modern approach, and apply it to Process Design, Improvement and Management.
Graduate’s Profile:
At the end of the Program, students will have a Holistic Vision of the Management by Process recognizing it as a Competitiveness organizational strategy. They will be able to:
- Clarify the nature of the Processes based on their conceptualization and its importance for Management.
- Apply and put into operation the Management by Process in the Organizations.
- Identify, analyze, and Reformulate processes.
- Apply Management facilitation tools.
