The Office of Admissions and Enrolment directly depends on the academic vice rectory office and manages the enrolment of the students. It also has other functions such as the administration of physical and logistic resources, grading, academic help and organizing.

One of its functions is to congregate the alumni in different activities the university organizes in the academic, cultural and social fields. It also organizes the activities of labour intermediation for companies and alumni.
