RCI:
RCI, the Colombian Network for International Cooperation, was created by a group of organizations working together in order to promote and offer alternatives of cooperation between universities around the world, thus stimulating the development of Higher Education in the country.
Activities started in 1996, lead by ASCUN, the Colombian Association of Universities, and supported by ICETEX and ICFES, the governmental Institutions dealing with Colombian Education in the country and abroad. Keeping in mind the importance of a professional education, the relationship between enterprises and universities, and the prospective of Colombian regions in terms of development, now to the RCI belong, not only universities, but also private enterprises, commercial associations and non-profit institutions.
