Academic Networks are a dynamic type of organisation, non-hierarchic, and based on the principle of horizontal communication among its members. Their effectiveness depends upon the participants’ energy and input, as well as on the institutional commitment.

Networks can be named after the type of communication that flows, the type of people or entities that are part of it, or the product or service they provide. There are plenty advantages in belonging to a network, although its maintenance can be a real challenge.

EAFIT belongs to national and international Networks, and so do individual members of the Staff. Here is a sample of our experience.
