Doctora en Economía aplicada de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, magister en Economía Aplicada Universidad de Alcalá de Henares y Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2010), magister en Economía de la Universidad de Antioquia (2001). Especialista en Organización Industrial y Regulación Económica de la Universidad del Rosario y Universidad Eafit (2003). Trabajó en la Universidad de Antioquia como docente del área de microeconomía y en investigación.

Professor at the School of Finance, Economics and Government of the Universidad EAFIT, Medellín, Colombia. Doctor in Applied Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, Master in Applied Economics from the University of Alcalá de Henares and Complutense University of Madrid (2010), and Master in Economics from the University of Antioquia (2001). Specialist in Industrial Organization and Economic Regulation from Universidad del Rosario and Universidad EAFIT(2003). She worked at the University of Antioquia as a professor in the area of microeconomics and research.
