EAFIT’s main campus, which covers a nearly 165,000-square-meter area and comprises classrooms, offices, green areas and other spaces for different academic, sporting and cultural activities, is located on Las Vegas Avenue in the El Poblado sector of Medellín (Colombia).

All of its classrooms are equipped with cutting-edge technology that facilitates learning and the generation of ideas. These are complemented by workshops and laboratories that support research by students and faculty.
Other spaces that have been integrated into the main campus include: the Asia-Pacific Studies Center and the Confucius Institute of Medellín, the Artistic Development Department and the Executive Program in Foreign Languages. Located in three houses in the La Aguacatala 2 neighborhood, they can now be easily accessed from the south side of the main campus thanks to a recent renovation project.
The new Engineering Building, a showcase structure that employs all the methodologies needed for learning and technology transfer, also is located in that part of campus.
To contribute to the community’s wellbeing, manifested in many different aspects including sports, the arts, culture and green areas, the Medellín campus features a semi-Olympic-sized swimming pool, artificial turf soccer pitches, multi-sport fields and the Vivo Physical Conditioning Center.
