PhD in Business Management & Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), she holds a Master´s degree in Finance granted by Universidad Externado de Colombia. She is a Science and Technology Manager from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain). She earned a Diploma course in Social Management from Fundecoop (Colombia) and a B.A in Business Management and Administration from Universidad de Ibagué (Colombia).
She has held managerial positions in the cooperative sector and in companies of the industrial and service sector. Likewise, she has carried out extensive research technical assistance and teaching work in Spain, and focused on the Knowledge Management, Intellectual Capital, Entrepreneurship and Innovation areas. She has participated as a researcher of Intellectus Research Group at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), under the leadership of professor of Economy of the Company Eduardo Bueno Campos, with whom she has developed numerous national and international research projects. She has also authored several publications.
Claudia Patricia Álvarez Barrera

PhD in Business Creation and Management from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (Spain), MS in Business Creation, Strategy and Management Research from the same university. MSc in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She has a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Management majoring in Human Talent from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and she is an Administrative engineer from the same university.
Dr. Alvarez currently works as a professor and researcher at the School of Administration of Universidad EAFIT and Coordinator of the Doctorate in Administration and the Master in Administrative Sciences program.
Carolina María Rivera Bustamante

Product Design Engineer of Universidad EAFIT and specialist in Design Management from the same Institution. She is currently studying for a Research Master in Engineering at this University, which has allowed her to strengthen her research capacity, supported by her research experience through her participation in several projects carried out by this Institution in cooperation with Colciencias and the departmental government through its royalties program.
