The Master of International Business (MIB) was established as a response to evolving global dynamics, addressing the changing needs of both the international environment and the academic landscape. The program has evolved since its inception in 2010 according to the University vision and its distinctive approach integrates the program closely with its surroundings, setting it apart from other master's degrees. The MIB has adapted to high-quality standards and international agreements, exemplifying a commitment to self-assessment for high quality accreditation. As the program aims for international accreditation and considers the impact of evolving Colombian and global contexts, a comprehensive review underscores its proactive academic and research leadership in International Business topics such as international innovation and entrepreneurship, sustainable cross-border strategies in a post-pandemic world, the intersection of technology and international trade, and emerging market entry strategies amidst geopolitical shifts.

Occupational ​​Profile​

Graduates of the MIB program will be able to work in organizations, companies, or their own entrepreneurial ventures with a focus on internationalization, as they have acquired skills to: understand internationalization processes by identifying their consequences in international macroenvironments through strategic thinking, critical analysis, and a global understanding of local and global issues. They will possess the ability for analysis, interpretation, and argumentation that enable them to propose internationalization strategies, generate knowledge about these processes, strengthen their international business profile, and enhance their capacity to empower international ventures. 

Requireme​​nts

• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent official academic transcripts.
  
• English language proficiency > B2: Recognized International Exams (see more) (If you graduated from an English-speaking university in an English-speaking country, your graduation certificate will be accepted as proof of proficiency in English).

• Research proposal: Only required for applicants to the MSc.
