Registration Fee

How do I register?

What are the payment methods? 
For companies
Submit a signed commitment letter from the relevant company, written on letterhead paper and requesting the invoice. The letter should be addressed to Mr. Luis Fernando Rendón Cortés, Director of the Center for Continuing Education, EAFIT University. The letter should state that the university is authorized to invoice in respect to participation of [participant's full name] holder of citizenship identity card (CC) [document number] at the event.
The request must state the name of the company or institution that will provide payment (full legal name), its Tax ID Number (TIN), the address where the invoice should be mailed, a contact person and a telephone number. In addition, the applicable fee should be included.
If a public entity requires an invoice, a copy of the resolution must be sent as well as the corresponding allotted budget.
Please, email the letter to cec.eafit@ eafit.edu.co  and request confirmation of receipt.
For natural persons
Three payment methods are offered:
Online registration. Type your document number in the following link and pay with your debit or credit card: http://webapps.eafit.edu.co/everest/login2.do  Payment option (Opción Pagos). Pre-registration is required. Click here
By debit or credit card.
At the offices of the Center for Continuing Education, EAFIT University (first floor, block 29). Service hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (no lunch break) and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 m.
Bank deposit.

  • Name of the bank: Bancolombia.
  • Pay to the name of: Universidad EAFIT
  • Form type: "recaudos".
  • Current account number:  Nº 0019013891-2
  • In the field "referencia", type the participant's document number. In the field "nombre del pagador" type the participant's name. In the field "concepto", type the name of the event.
  • The corresponding deposit receipt must be sent to the following email: cec.eafit@eafit.edu.co. The email body message should clearly state the participant's full name and document number.
