This document, in addition to a technical approach for an intervention that will take place in a certain place of the city, is a bet for a different way of thinking in which recognizes the importance of the movement for the healthy life, but also of the environment appropriate for the achievement of an active city, better for all. This work recognizes the role that the INDER – Medellín Mayor´s office /Medellín city Hall – has played/had in the transformation of the city and encourages this positive development to continue happening together with public and private institutions, as well as citizen groups that converge with a clear objective , like the one in Ciudad D, to build a better place for active life, in coexistence and movement.
