Institutional communication and relations To provide timely communication about the University's services and functions, including academic, administrative, cultural, research and outreach activities, as well as institutional partnerships and studies; to report changes or updates to programs, services, conditions or policies; and to send communications to families regarding academic support, student well-being and processes related to the student's education.

Management of applications, admission, enrollment and delivery of academic programs To respond to requests for information and applications for undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs; to carry out admission, enrollment, billing and payment collection processes; to verify compliance with admission requirements; and to manage the provision of educational services and the issuance of certificates and diplomas.

Contact, marketing and promotion of academic programs
To contact the data subject by email, phone, text message, WhatsApp or other digital channels in order to provide guidance, follow up on incomplete requests or applications, send commercial and promotional information about academic programs, events, scholarships and discounts, and conduct satisfaction surveys and market research.

Data transmission and transfer
To share data with national or international data processors, technology providers and academic partners that support application, payment, communication and program delivery processes, who will process the data solely for the purposes authorized herein.

As the owner of the personal data, I declare that I have been informed of my rights to know, update, rectify and access my data, to revoke this authorization and request proof of it, and to submit inquiries free of charge, including with respect to sensitive data. These rights may be exercised by email at datospersonales@eafit.edu.co. This authorization will remain in effect for as long as the relationship with the University continues and, thereafter, for the period required to meet legal, accounting, contractual and record-keeping obligations, or until the data subject revokes it through the channel indicated herein.
