| | Between 12-15 students are forming a typical MIB cohort, based on accepted students in recent years. The size of groups might differ depending on the number of exchange students we are selecting to access certain courses. The maximum number of students accepted for our MIB courses is 25.

| | Reading materials like books, articles and cases are either provided by your professor or can be found in the university's library. Although recommended readings will be available in the library, the number of available copies will be lower than the number of students to encourage team work. All other materials students might need in class, like pens, paper, etc have to be procured by each student.

| | Be prepared to spend approximately 3 hours outside of class for readings and group work for each 1 hour of in-class teaching: (3:1).

| | All courses last for 4 weeks. The first two weeks are completely virtual and asynchronous, which means that there will be contact with the professors over email and activities designations, but there will be no scheduled time for class. The work for these 2 weeks requires preparation of course content, readings and activities determined by each professor. The 3rd week is fully presential on-campus, with classes Monday through Friday, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm (24 hours total for that week). The 4th week is again fully virtual and asynchronous, usually dedicated to finalizing details about final projects/works assigned by the professors. | mib | 4 | Sí |
| | In limited cases credits can be transferred. Before applying to the MIB candidates should clarify with the university and the MIB program if a limited number of credits might be homologated. During the MIB program students might decide to take a complementary course in one of our partner institutions worldwide. | | The part-time MIB has been developed for professionals who are employed, can take classes during 2 days a week and will be able to complete the MIB in 4 semesters (part-time). Students who are not employed, may decide to take classes during 4-5 days a week. This will allow them to complete the MIB within just 2 semesters (full-time).

| | The MIB is offered 100% in English. No Spanish is required to apply, study or graduate. Program faculty is fully bilingual in english. Key university staff (e.g. Admissions Office) do also speak fluent english. | | MIB graduates have achieved important advances in their careers thanks to their own capabilities and achievements - the MIB being one of them. Career opportunities are as varied as interests of our students. To get a better understanding of our MIB alumni and where they are right now, please consult our 'Statistics' section in 'About Us". Also, the graduate of the MIB (M.A.) will be able to apply their specialized knowledge in the context of public or private organizations. Graduates will identify solutions to specific problems that are generated as a result of the globalization of economies and advise organizations about adapting to changes that generate new global trends in international business. The graduate of the MIB (M.Sc.), in turn, will be able to propose and carry out scientific research projects in the academic field as well as in the public and private sector. Graduates will perform as researcher or university teaching professor, to deepen their scientific competencies and enter into a doctorate program or carry out consulting engagements of investigative nature.
