Submissions should be extended abstracts of either proposals or first products from the doctoral research and should include:
Cover page with title, author’s name, institution, and supervisory team
Introduction: Problematization or Gap, Research questions and/or objectives, (expected) Contributions
Literature review or conceptual framing
Method
If applicable: preliminary findings
Questions or aspects that you would like to have answered or discussed in the paper session [outside the 1500 words limit]
They should be between 1000 and 1500 words (including references)
Formatting guidelines::
First page with author’s name, affiliation, e-mail, title, and supervisors’ name
Format: .doc(x) or .pdf
Text: justified, 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins throughout
Font: Arial, size 12
To preserve anonymity, author names should NOT be identified in the header/footer or the body of the proposal document. Author’s name and institution to be included on cover page only

The organizing committee will evaluate all submitted proposals.
The accepted proposals will be grouped into “paper sessions” (each consisting of 3 papers) based on the specific research area addressed
The authors of the accepted proposals will be asked to review the submissions by the two other authors participating in the same paper session to enhance and inform development of presentations and their discussion.
When notified of the acceptance of their proposal, each author will be sent the proposals of the other two participants in their paper session along with a template to review them.
