Tema de investigación: Strategy-making in an international new venture from Colombia
Resumen: My research is about the strategy formation in International new ventures, which are new companies that internationalize quickly after inception. They are an increasingly frequent phenomenon in Colombia, and their strategies are crucial for their success. However, how their strategy-making changes over time has not been sufficiently researched. I seek to do so, by understanding the unfolding of strategy-making in an international new venture from Colombia through a strategy-as-practice approach. The applied methodology is an ethnographic grounded theory, using a diary-interview method and fieldwork for data collection.
