Study centers and Consultancy services
The Department of International Business EAFIT University has two consultancy and study centers: the Colombian Center for Canadian Studies and the Asia-Pacific Studies Center.
Colombo-Canadian Study Center
The Colombian Center for Canadian Studies was born out of the close personal relationships of a number of lecturers at the Department of International Studies at EAFIT University with Canada and their desire to develop the connection with that country through research.
Asia-Pacific Studies Center
The Center was founded in February 2006 and arose out of a joint initiative between the Vice Rectorship and the department of International Business in order to raise awareness of this increasingly important region in the academic community. Its mission is to fill the gap in knowledge about the Asia-Pacific region in Colombia and Latin America through classes, courses and research. It also provides a focal point for programs related to Asia at EAFIT University and supports relevant program in this regard.
International Study Research Group
The International Study Research Group aims to Foster the development of scientific and applied research processes, for the areas of International Business, International Relations, and International Negotiation; contributing to the social, cultural, economic and scientific progress of Colombia.
