Resumen/Summary
R.M. Martinod is a lecturer at EAFIT University (Co.) and PhD from l'Université de Lorrain (Fr.). His research experience has been gained with Research Group of Industrial Maintenance (GEMI) and Laboratoire de Génie Informatique, de Production et de Maintenance (LGIPM). His major research fields are optimization of maintenance policies and service behaviour for intermodal urban transport systems (railways, ropeways, tramways).
Intereses académicos e investigativos/Research and Teaching Interest
I am interested to acquire a long-term research expertise in transport systems, specially studies focused on intermodal urban transport systems (urban aerial ropeways, railways, tramways) to improve the operation and maintenance. Having this knowledge will allow me to better understand maintenance models and to combine practice with most advanced theories.
