Resumen/Summary
Mi agenda de investigación contribuye al campo de los negocios internacionales (NI) al examinar actores y procesos más allá de las multinacionales, con énfasis en emprendimiento migrante, emprendimiento internacional e internacionalización territorial.
Analizo cómo diversos actores generan impacto transfronterizo desde mercados emergentes e incorporo factores sociopolíticos que inciden en fenómenos como la inversión extranjera directa y la actividad política corporativa.
Empíricamente, estudio las actividades transnacionales de migrantes colombianos, el emprendimiento transnacional y las estrategias de las startups, destacando el rol de los ecosistemas en su desarrollo e internacionalización.
Soy profesora e investigadora, con docencia en pregrado y posgrado (en inglés y español) en cursos como negocios internacionales, gerencia internacional, mercados globales e investigación cualitativa, y asesora de tesis de maestría y doctorado.
He liderado y participado en el diseño curricular, y ocupado cargos como jefatura del Pregrado en NI y coordinación de especializaciones en la Universidad EAFIT, además de integrar comités académicos e institucionales.
He sido miembro de CONPIA y de la RCPI. He publicado en revistas de alto impacto, participado en eventos académicos y actuado como revisora internacional.
