Beyond the logic of the matter, Colombian regulations emphasize as a requirement the conduct of land studies prior to the realization of the projects. The above has generated in the construction companies the need for a geotechnics department for prefeasibility and feasibility studies of their projects, in what this specialization is fundamental.

Developing construction projects today is to face dynamic changes in regulations, markets and technological developments. It is knowing how to read the environment, which changes from one day to another and being able to respond efficiently.
